Mohler v. Newsweek

For those who are interested, Dr. R. Albert Mohler, President of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, has done a good job of replying to Dr. Bart Ehrman’s cover article in Newsweek; moreover, he does a great job of dissecting Newsweek’s bias, as well. You can read his thoughts here.

  1. I grew up with Newsweek. My dad was a subscriber for over thirty years, from before I was born. I first learned to follow the news reading it. But we were all so disgusted by the changes and the wide swing to the left that we dropped it several years ago. It went from being a fair, balanced, and intelligent analysis of the news to a liberal opinion organ.

"I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them. For such persons do not serve our Lord Christ, but their own appetites, and by smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naïve." (Romans 16:17-18) Please read "The Comments Policy."
